OMNI-Noculator - Automated Dispenser and Peni Cylinder Filler

The OMNI-Noculator is an automated dispenser and liquid handling system designed to dispense then fill Peni Cylinders with the corresponding antibiotic
sample.

The analyst can configure the number of Peni Cylinders to dispense, select the Pharmacopeia method (USP, EP/BP, or JP), define the number of plates to replicate or number of plates within the assay, selects a dispense patterns, and define volume of antibiotic sample to dispensed into the Peni Cylinder.

The Hoper for Peni Cylinder Dispenser has a capacity of 600 Peni Cylinders for medium to high sample throughput. With the configured number of Peni Cylinders to be dispensed, the User can define the precise Peni Cylinder drop height.

Components of the Peni Cylinder Dispenser can be easily and quickly disassembled for disinfection.

Peni Cylinder Dispense Configuration
Using the Hole Plugs, the dispenser can be configured to dispense either 4 or 6 Peni Cylinders simultaneously onto each round petri dish.

Peni Cylinder Dispenser Hopper
The hopper has a capacity of 600 Peni Cylinders for medium to high sample throughput. The rotating speed of the hopper can be defined to ensure the dispenser is ready to dispense Peni Cylinders consistently.

Peni Cylinder Dispenser Disinfecting
Disinfecting the dispenser components is easily accomplished ensuring surfaces which contact the Peni Cylinders are sterile.

Peni Cylinders
Use either Flat Face Peni Cylinders or Chamfered Face (beveled) Peni Cylinders.

Pipette Tips
Uses industry standard 1000µl disposable pipette tips.

Sample Dispense Patterns and Sample Volume
Based on the Pharmacopeia method being utilized, there are several dispense patterns, allowing the duplication of your current dispense method. The sample dispenser volumes is also user defined and ranges from 200µl to 300µl.

Petri Dish Trays
The petri dish trays are stackable and can be utilized during the assay incubation process. Manufactured from stainless steel, disinfection is simplified using detergent or autoclaving.
